Each Spark is a live online room that runs about two hours. We open in a circle, then do several deep dives, one project at a time. We call it the Hot Seat, or the Love Seat: when it’s your turn, the whole room goes to work on your business, naming the life-changing next step, seeing clearly what’s in the way of it, and getting you psychologically lined up to actually take it. There’s a dance break, obviously.
